Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine displays a deep garnet hue that is visually appealing. On the nose, it reveals significant aromatic complexity with notes of prominent dark fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, alongside terroir-driven aromas that awaken the senses. On the palate, its remarkable length and robust structure offer a rich and balanced tasting experience. Perfect for pairing with powerful meat dishes like game or sauced meats, it will also elevate a platter of melted cheeses.

Prémeaux Castle

Château de Prémeaux

Burgundy | France

Located on Burgundy’s Route des Grands Crus, between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is run by Arnaud Pelletier, the fifth generation of a family of winemakers that has been based there since the 19th century. The estate spans 15 hectares cultivated using organic farming methods—a transition motivated by a painful personal experience: Arnaud’s father, a victim of the chemicals used in the vineyard, developed a deep conviction as a result of this ordeal.

Wine-making without yeast or enzymes, controlled extraction, and precise aging: everything here is geared toward purity and a clear expression of the terroir. Curiosity and an open mind guide a classic yet lively style, true to the Burgundian identity.
