Our opinion on the vintage

A Chablis that offers a precise, saline, and crystalline palate. The aromas combine white flowers, lemon zest, and flint, in a perfect balance between tension and roundness. Certified Demeter and made without added sulfites, Terre de Courgis embodies the natural and vibrant version of great Chablis, to be enjoyed young for its freshness or after a few years for its mineral depth.

Vincent Couche is an independent Champagne estate located between the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar, where viticulture is conducted with a strong focus on quality and soil health. Vincent Couche manages his vineyard sustainably, focusing on observing and understanding the natural cycles of the vine.
