Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, "Le Mas" seduces with a rich bouquet of raspberry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, underscored by subtle notes of licorice and anise. The first sip reveals a velvety texture where aromas of redcurrant and blackberry blossom, along with a touch of pepper that adds a vibrant touch. On the palate, the tannins are silky, creating a beautiful harmony with the wine's intense fruitiness. Perfect for a relaxed atmosphere, it pairs harmoniously with a tomato salad with fresh goat cheese, stuffed vegetables, or a simple Margherita pizza.

Domaine Clavel

Languedoc | France

Domaine Clavel is a wine estate located in Assas, in the Languedoc region, run by Estelle and Pierre Clavel, part of a family tradition of more than three decades of working the vines.

The vineyard extends over stony and limestone terroirs, with viticulture attentive to natural expression, notably through organic farming since 2007.

The estate's wines, red, white and rosé, showcase the purity of the fruit, the freshness and the aromatic finesse of the local grape varieties.
