This wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated biodynamically on a unique limestone terroir at an ideal altitude. Traditional winemaking with partial destemming preserves the purity of the grapes. Six months of aging in tanks enhances the wine's freshness and vibrancy, allowing the true nature of Pinot Noir to fully express itself while highlighting the distinctive characteristics of its north-facing hillside terroir.
