Our opinion on the vintage

The Viognier we offer is a wine with a beautiful, bright gold color and silver highlights, hinting at its richness and complexity. On the nose, captivating aromas of apricot, wildflower honey, hawthorn, and candied citrus delight the senses. On the palate, its ample structure and rich texture reveal a delicate sweetness, with a fruity and mineral finish, leaving a refreshing sensation. This wine pairs wonderfully with asparagus risotto or veal stew, offering a tasting experience that is both indulgent and balanced.
