Château Boisset - Nadal Family

Château Boisset - Nadal Family

Languedoc | France

Nestled in the heart of Pic Saint-Loup, about 20 minutes from Montpellier, Château Boisset embodies the tenacity of a winemaking family that has been rooted in this terroir since 1874. In 2015, Christelle Nadal made the bold decision to leave the cooperative winery to produce her own wines alongside her father, Bernard. Vintage after vintage, and despite several hailstorms, she has forged a style that is straightforward, approachable, and unpretentious.

The very name “Pic Saint-Loup” is steeped in medieval legend: Thieri Loup, having returned from the Crusades and learned of his beloved’s death, settled there as a hermit until his own death. The estate spans 45 hectares between Pic Saint-Loup and the Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert PGI, guided by a philosophy that balances respect for biodiversity with the maximum possible reduction of sulfites. A genuine estate, firmly establishing itself.
