This wine from Clos Rouge, nestled in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, is a fine example of innovation in sustainable viticulture. The vines, cultivated without chemical inputs, benefit from the effectiveness of natural fertilizers and traditional methods. Complete destemming of the grapes and manual vatting guarantee an artisanal approach, while 18 months of aging in oak barrels brings a complex and refined dimension to this blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault.
