You Fuck my Wine 2024

Vin de France | Red | 2024

This wine is the expression of a unique blend of Jurançon Noir, Malbec, Merlot, and Valdiguié grapes, sourced from 50-year-old vines rooted in clay-limestone soils. Vinification is natural, using whole bunches harvested by hand, then fermented in concrete tanks and barrels. Thanks to six months of aging, this wine develops a harmonious structure and beautiful complexity.

Mas del Périé - Fabien Jouves

Mas del Périé

Languedoc | France

In Cahors, Fabien Jouves manages Mas del Périé with a precise, plot-by-plot approach to Malbec. The different cuvées are based on the geology of the plateau and hillsides, contrasting limestone soils, which bring verticality and tension, with deeper clays, sources of flesh and density.

Biodynamics structures all the work, from soil management to winemaking. Aging uses a variety of containers—amphorae, foudres, and barrels—employed as tools for adjustment, in order to refine the profiles without masking the expression of the grape or the terroir.

The wines maintain a clear definition, with precise black fruit and structures that are never heavy. The finishes remain legible and balanced, reflecting an approach where each cuvée offers a distinct and coherent interpretation of the different facets of the Cahors plateau.
