This 100% Syrah wine comes from the carefully cultivated terroirs of our partner winemakers. The hand-harvested grapes are followed by meticulous vinification, including destemming, low-temperature fermentation, and extraction by punching down. Aging in oak barrels for 18 months develops a unique complexity. Its garnet color, polished tannins, and balanced fruit and oak character make it a truly exceptional wine.
