Our opinion on the vintage

The deep golden color heralds an expressive wine. On the nose, ripe aromas of pear, peach, and grilled pineapple mingle with hints of toast, melted butter, and vanilla. On the palate, the texture is ample, dense, and almost creamy, with a nearly oily depth. The acidity remains well-defined, bringing tension and freshness to the whole. The finish is long and subtly astringent, carried by ripe fruit, sweet spices, and a touch of toasted vanilla. A powerful yet invigorating white wine, ideal with semi-cooked foie gras, poultry with mushrooms, aged cheeses, or warm apple tart.
