Our opinion on the vintage

At first glance, a pale gold color catches the eye. The nose unfolds an intense bouquet of poached pear and fresh lemon butter, complemented by a herbaceous touch of lemon balm. On the palate, the attack is fresh, invigorated by a slight effervescence. Ripe white fruits harmonize with notes of sage and lemongrass, creating a flavorful complexity. The finish, taut and concentrated, prolongs the pleasure with hints of citron and a lingering touch of sage and fresh herbs, offering an elegant and structured tasting experience.

A trained oenologist and a true free spirit in Languedoc, Jeff Carrel is one of those winemakers who have profoundly revitalized the image of wines from the South of France.
