K-Briole 2025

Cahors | Rouge | 2025

K-Briole is a fresh and lively red wine, crafted first and foremost for enjoyment. The blend of Malbec and Jurançon Noir results in a supple, fruity, and very easy-drinking wine. Vinification without added sulfites and aging in concrete tanks allow the grapes to express themselves naturally. The nose opens with notes of fresh red fruit, flowers, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is round and juicy, with lovely freshness and a light, natural effervescence that adds energy. A delicious, easy-drinking wine with depth.

This geological diversity significantly shapes the wine profiles and necessitates a micro-parcel approach. The vines were planted starting in 1987, and the estate is currently managed by Emmanuel Rybinski, who has continued and enhanced the work initiated by the previous generation.
