Dominique, and subsequently Benjamin Hessel, have always maintained this profound bond with the land, the terroir, and the region. The estate has been managed with organic farming practices since 2007, with continuous attention paid to the natural balance of the vineyard and the finesse of the wines.
The winemaking philosophy primarily seeks elegance and drinkability. Extractions are carefully controlled, and aging is deliberately restrained—with approximately 25% new oak—to preserve the fruit and mouthfeel. The wines exhibit supple profiles with melted tannins, alongside precise and subtly spicy aromatics. They are enjoyable when young, while also possessing significant aging potential.
