Domaine du Clos Gautier
Located in the Côtes de Provence appellation, Domaine Clos Gautier was founded in 2003 out of the passion of its founder, who left everything behind to embark on a winemaking adventure. Taken over in 2011 by Gilles Pedini, the estate benefits from unique Triassic soils—a patchwork of acidic and limestone soils, sometimes even within the same plot—spread across four distinct plots, resulting in a wide range of aromas.
Certified HVE3 in 2020 and currently transitioning to organic farming, Clos Gautier produces Provence rosés across 33 hectares in the appellation’s time-honored tradition, with a team led by Paul Zussini and winemaker Christophe Bernard. As the only estate in the Côtes de Provence region in our selection, it offers full-bodied, distinctive rosés crafted for discerning wine lovers.
