The 100% Syrah grape variety thrives on a clay-siliceous terroir, carefully cultivated according to organic farming principles. This sulfite-free wine is crafted with meticulous attention, thanks to a cold pre-fermentation fermentation and indigenous yeasts. After aging on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately ten months, it reveals an intense color and a perfect balance between richness and minerality, promising a beautiful complexity on the palate.

A trained oenologist and a true free spirit in Languedoc, Jeff Carrel is one of those winemakers who have profoundly revitalized the image of wines from the South of France. For over twenty-five years, he has been exploring Languedoc terroirs with a simple yet demanding idea: to reveal the best of each grape variety, each plot, without ever masking the wine's identity.
Based in Roussillon, Jeff Carrel works hand in hand with a collective of partner winemakers called Les Amis de Jeff Carrel.
