Production: 25% of the solera is renewed each year. Aged in barrels (50%). Sulfite-free – unfiltered

Our Review of the Cuvée

The nose is intense and complex, ranging from brioche, butter, and toast to notes of mirabelle plum, medlar, quince, honey, and acacia blossoms. On the palate, Chloé Brut Nature offers a blend of vinous character, body, and tension, with a full-bodied texture supported by crisp acidity and a mouth-watering chalky structure. The finish is long, rich, and dry, marked by ripe citrus, yellow fruits, and a subtle, noble bitterness.

Burgundy | France

Vincent Couche is an independent Champagne estate located between the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar, where viticulture is conducted with strong attention to soil quality and health. Vincent Couche manages his vineyard with a sustainable approach, focused on observing and understanding the natural cycles of the vine.

Grapes are cultivated to achieve optimal ripeness while respecting vegetative balance; this approach yields healthy raw materials for vinification. The estate emphasizes traditional vinification, allowing the aromatic signatures of the terroir to fully express themselves.
