Our Review of the Cuvée

This Blanc de Blancs, the very embodiment of finesse, is the result of a meticulous plot-by-plot selection, demonstrating the richness of our terroirs through our alcohol-free wines. Carefully crafted from Chenin Blanc harvested at optimal ripeness, this wine has been aged with great care, partly in oak casks from the Brouard Forest. The purity of the Chenin Blanc is enhanced by a lively effervescence.

The pride of the estate ... Read more
