Mas Lasta is a Languedoc-Roussillon wine estate located near Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière, established and managed by Anne-Laure Sicard, an agricultural engineer turned winemaker. The name 'Lasta' means 'last' in Esperanto, as the estate's parcels represent the final viticultural lands before the Terrasses du Larzac plateau.
The vineyard spans small terraced parcels at high altitudes (400–500 m), planted with old Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Carignan vines, cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods, occasionally assisted by animal traction.
