Our take on this vintage

This wine boasts a deep, translucent garnet color that immediately catches the eye. The nose is a veritable bouquet of freshness, revealing harmonious aromas of blackberry, candied raspberry, and spicy notes such as white pepper and bay leaf. On the palate, it asserts itself with its roundness and dense body, offering a sensuous and deep experience. The finish, marked by surprising freshness and a "green note," offers a refreshing dimension that makes it a true delight. It pairs wonderfully with roast pork or game birds, while adding a welcome touch of minerality to strong cheeses. Be sure to let it breathe for two hours before serving to fully appreciate its nuances.
