K-Tannat 2022

Cahors | Rouge | 2022

K-Tannat 2022 is a vibrant and energetic Tannat that embraces its power without ever being heavy. Sourced from a carefully selected micro-parcel, it is vinified without sulfites and aged for 7 months in concrete tanks to reveal the full freshness of the fruit. The palate is dynamic, velvety, with a supple and juicy texture, supported by a slight natural effervescence that provides tension and vibrancy. A straightforward and delightful red, enjoyable now.

This geological diversity significantly shapes the wine profiles and necessitates a micro-parcel approach. The vines were planted starting in 1987, and the estate is currently managed by Emmanuel Rybinski, who has continued and enhanced the work initiated by the previous generation.
