Our Review of the Cuvée

You’ll be immediately captivated by this wine’s elegance the moment you lay eyes on its deep cherry-red color. The refined nose invites you to discover notes of wild black fruits, subtly enhanced by hints of grape stems, pepper, and mint. On the palate, it’s an explosion of flavors with a fresh, rounded expression of cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant. The tannins, present without being overpowering, lead to a finish of morello cherry and pepper, leaving a pleasant, lingering sensation of fruit and herbal finesse.

Château Cazebonne

Bordeaux | France

Within the Graves appellation, Château Cazebonne is undertaking extensive work focused on the replanting and rehabilitation of ancient Bordeaux grape varieties, complementing more classic varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This initiative aims to explore the region's historical ampelographic diversity and assess its adaptation to current terroirs.

The wines exhibit digestible and balanced profiles, with a precise fruit expression and a fluid structure. The estate's overall work offers a fresh and contemporary interpretation of Graves wines, based on respect for the grape varieties, the terroir, and a measured approach to
