Our Review of the Cuvée

This red wine has a deep color with violet hues. On the nose, intense aromas of violet give way to fresh notes of juicy red currant. On the palate, it offers a distinct freshness, with a hint of pepper and a slightly briny finish. Best enjoyed young, this wine pairs perfectly with tapas or cocktail hour snacks. Be sure to chill it slightly before serving to fully appreciate all its nuances.

Located within the Cabardès appellation area, approximately ten kilometers west of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac is a family estate nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire.
