Our Review of the Cuvée

The first visual impression of this wine reveals a brilliant light gold color. As soon as the glass is brought close, the nose is captivated by refined aromas of gooseberry, enriched with floral notes of linden blossom and a delicate hint of citrus and herbal blackcurrant. On the palate, it’s an explosion of freshness dominated by lemon, supported by a lively, crisp texture. With every sip, the lively acidity makes its mark, leaving an impression of fruity bite. The finish is marked by pomelo and a hint of menthol, bringing crystalline purity and remarkable length. Perfect with oysters or desserts featuring exotic fruits, this wine promises a vibrant tasting experience.
