This red wine comes from old vines planted primarily with Grenache Noir and Carignan, cultivated on the oldest and most demanding plots. Vinification is carried out with care, using extended maceration but without excessive concentration, thanks to controlled punch-downs. Aging in barrels continues until autumn, allowing the wine to develop a beautiful complexity.

Domaine Augustin
On the breezy slopes near the sea, Domaine Augustin cultivates old Carignan and Grenache vines, producing wines of remarkable purity. The fruit, rather dark in color, retains an unexpected freshness thanks to the proximity to the sea. Aging is discreet, aiming more to soften the edges than to impose a particular style. A saline tension is often present, adding dynamism to the blends, along with a slightly wild aromatic profile typical of the surrounding scrubland. This is an estate that progresses steadily, crafting honest, coherent wines that are highly representative of contemporary Corbières.
