The vineyard stretches across hillsides composed mainly of schist, sandstone, and volcanic rock—soils particularly well-suited to the iconic grape varieties of Anjou. Chenin Blanc, the region’s true hallmark, expresses its full finesse here, producing crisp, mineral-driven white wines with excellent aging potential.
