Located in Roussillon, Clos des Vins d'Amour is a family vineyard whose origins date back to 1860. Operated today by the Dornier family, the estate extends over three major and complementary sectors: Tautavel, Maury and Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, all characterized by demanding schist soils, emblematic of the north of Roussillon.

The vineyard is predominantly planted with Grenache (Noir, Gris, and Blanc), complemented by old Carignan vines, as well as Macabeu and Syrah depending on the plot. These contrasting terroirs allow for a nuanced expression of the Maury appellations, both in dry and naturally sweet wines, with a constant focus on balance rather than showiness.
