Our opinion on the vintage

From the moment it's opened, this wine charms with its luminous, pale gold color. The nose reveals delicate aromas of baked apple, pear, and a subtle hint of toasted almond. A true vivacity unfolds on the palate, with a pure, crystalline texture where mineral and saline aromas dominate. The concentrated and intense finish reveals a fine bitterness of citrus peel mingled with lingering saline and spicy notes. A captivating tasting experience, perfect for lovers of fine and precise wines.

Vinification and aging are carried out rigorously, without artifice, in order to allow the natural structure of ... Lire plus
