Bon Papa 2023

Vin de France | White | 2023

This wine is the product of rigorous organic viticulture on sandy and gravelly soils, and reflects a family tradition passed down through generations. The Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, and Len de Lel grapes, pressed immediately after harvesting, are vinified without the addition of sulfites or filtration, thus revealing a natural and pure expression of the terroir. The vineyard is managed without chemicals, with careful attention paid to the soil through the use of locally sourced composted manure.

Our opinion on the vintage

Immerse yourself in the sensory world of this wine with its pale, vibrant yellow hue. On the nose, enticing aromas of gooseberry and pink grapefruit mingle with delicate floral notes. On the palate, it offers a round and luscious texture, with a pleasantly fleshy sensation. The fruity flavors are skillfully balanced by seductive bitterness that lingers into an intense and flavorful finish. Each sip gives the impression of tasting an authentic and meticulously crafted product.

In the Gaillac region, the Bois Moisset Farm cultivates Duras, Braucol, and Mauzac grapes with genuine care for their living soils. The wines are clean, easy to drink, and often remarkably expressive. No artifice. No makeup. Just the pure taste of the grape, presented in its purest form.
