The wines produced by our estate are made from Syrah grapes grown on a terroir of sand, silt, and gravel. Our artisanal and environmentally conscious approach guarantees a limited yield of 25 hl/ha, synonymous with high quality. By carefully controlling fermentation temperatures in cement vats, we highlight fruity aromas. Vinification without the addition of sulfur, yeast, or sugar accentuates the authenticity of each bottle, revealing a structured and delicately crafted wine.

Our opinion on the vintage

Upon opening, this 100% Syrah wine reveals a rich and inviting nose, marked by lush notes of small red and black fruits. On the palate, it is characterized by a silky texture and well-structured tannins, achieved through a long and meticulous maceration that preserves all the finesse of the aromas. Each sip unveils a harmonious aromatic complexity, supported by a slow and delicate extraction of tannins that blend elegantly with the juice. The finish is fresh, with a depth that invites further tasting. Its pure and natural profile offers an authentic tasting experience, reflecting our commitment to organic farming and our time-honored winemaking methods.

In the Gaillac region, the Bois Moisset Farm cultivates Duras, Braucol, and Mauzac grapes with genuine care for their living soils. The wines are clean, easy to drink, and often remarkably expressive. No artifice. No makeup. Just the pure taste of the grape, presented in its purest form.
