Bourgogne La Vigne d'Emile 2024

Bourgogne | Rouge | 2024

Céline and Frédéric Gueguen, passionate and meticulous, cultivate diverse terroirs in the Chablis region. This estate cuvée is rooted in family tradition: this Bourgogne Pinot Noir originates from the vineyard of Emile Petit, Céline's grandfather, located in the commune of Saint-Bris le Vineux in the Auxerrois region of Burgundy. It offers an expressive nose of small red berries, violet, and sometimes spicy notes. On the palate, it is supple and balanced, with fine tannins and a lovely freshness.

Céline and Fréderic Gueguen Estate

Domaine Céline et Frédéric Gueguen

Loire | France

A leading name in the Chablis region, Domaine Céline and Frédéric Gueguen has established itself as one of our best-sellers since its founding in 2013. Céline—daughter of Jean-Marc Brocard—and Frédéric chose to go independent in order to express the local terroirs through an approach focused on the absolute quality of the raw ingredients.

From more than 35 plots spread around Chablis, Chichée, Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, and Irancy, the Chardonnays offer the crisp fruit and refined minerality characteristic of the Chablis region. The estate, a benchmark for the appellation, offers a precise and straightforward expression of these Kimmeridgian terroirs—wines that deliver exactly what one expects from a great Chablis.
