Located in the Cabardès appellation area, about ten kilometers west of Carcassonne, Maison Ventenac is a family estate nestled against the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The vineyard covers approximately 135 hectares and is currently undergoing organic conversion, with particular attention paid to soil management and the environment.

Taken over by Olivier and Stéphanie Ventenac, the estate strives to bring out a clear and direct expression of the Cabardès grapes, a region situated at the crossroads of Atlantic and Mediterranean influences. Winemaking aims to minimize artifice, favoring precise aging techniques tailored to the profiles of each cuvée. Depending on the wine, the vessels vary between tanks, large-capacity casks, and amphorae, in order to adjust the textures without masking the fruit's expression.
