Moderato was born from a simple idea: to allow enjoyment of wine and its rituals without the constraint of alcohol. The project caters to both those who wish to reduce their consumption and those for whom alcohol is not an option, whether for personal, cultural, or health reasons.

Founded in 2020 by Fabien and Sébastien, Maison Moderato draws upon genuine viticultural expertise. The wines are crafted from carefully selected grape varieties in Gascony and the Southwest, involving extensive preliminary work with the winemakers. Time, tasting, and blending are central to the process, with a constant pursuit of balance, texture, and aromatic precision.
