Muscadet Goulaine 2022

Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine | White | 2022

From the Goulaine appellation, this Muscadet is aged on its fine lees, which imparts roundness and complexity. Biodynamic farming practices and the clay-siliceous soils enhance the wine's purity and tension. A dry white wine that is both precise and expressive, combining freshness and substance.

Our opinion on the vintage

The nose is precise, marked by notes of lemon zest, white flowers, and a touch of iodine. On the palate, the texture is chiseled, with a beautiful mineral tension that extends the finish. The wine gains in breadth with aeration, revealing a fine texture and a very distinct saline persistence. Ideal with oysters or raw fish, but it will also stand up to more flavorful dishes thanks to its assertive structure.

Vinification and aging are carried out rigorously, without artifice, in order to allow the natural structure of ... Lire plus
