Bon Papa 2023

Vin de France | Blanc | 2023

This wine is the result of meticulous organic viticulture on sandy and gravelly soils, and reflects a family tradition of winemaking that dates back several generations. The Sauvignon, Muscadelle, and Len de Lel grapes, pressed immediately after harvest, are vinified without the addition of sulfites or filtration, thus revealing a natural and pure expression of the terroir. The vineyard is managed without chemicals, with the soil nurtured using locally sourced composted manure.

Our Review of the Cuvée

Immerse yourself in the sensory world of this wine, with its bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, rich aromas of gooseberry and pink pomelo mingle with delicate floral notes. On the palate, it offers a round, luscious texture with a pleasantly full-bodied mouthfeel. The fruity flavors are skillfully balanced by alluring bitter notes that linger through an intense, savory finish. Every sip gives the impression of savoring an authentic, carefully crafted wine.

In the Gaillac region, Ferme Bois Moisset cultivates Duras, Braucol, and Mauzac with genuine attention to living soils. The wines are clean, digestible, and often very direct in their expression. No artifice. No embellishment. Just the clear, unadulterated taste of the grape.
