Our Review of the Cuvée

From the moment it’s opened, this Pécharmant stands out for its dark, translucent purple hue. On the nose, a symphony of blackcurrant, blackberry, and sweet spices unfolds. On the palate, the wine reveals a rounded, enveloping suppleness, enlivened by crisp notes of black fruit and a subtle hint of carbonation that lends it liveliness and dynamism. The finish, vibrant and fruity, lingers with flavors of morello cherry and blackcurrant, enhanced by a hint of pepper. A tasting experience that is both joyful and refreshing.
