Passionate and complementary, Corinne and Jean-Philippe offer you the very best of the Gamay grape, thanks to their sustainable farming practices and handcrafted winemaking. Corinne prioritizes softness and finesse, while Jean-Philippe seeks tannins and length while preserving the fruit. Corinne's Chiroubles, grown on pink granite soils, and Jean-Philippe's Morgon Côte du Py, on granitic schist, offer a beautiful tannic structure and a long, lingering finish. A true harmony between nature and family expertise dating back to the 1950s.

Beaujolais | France

Corinne and Jean-Philippe Guillot-Gonin are a Beaujolais winemaking couple, heirs to a family history dating back to the early 19th century. Today, their estate covers 36 hectares spread across several Beaujolais crus, cultivated using sustainable farming practices. In 2011, the uprooting of a very old vine in the Vavre terroir, planted long ago by Corinne's grandfather, marked a significant moment and gave rise to the "Les Larmes de Suzanne" cuvée, a moving tribute to family tradition. As early as the 1950s, Corinne and Jean-Philippe's grandfathers were among the first winemakers to deliver their bottles directly to Lyon's bistros and traditional restaurants. Today, each cultivates and vinifies their own vines, in a deliberate partnership: Corinne seeks softness, fruit, and finesse, while Jean-Philippe prioritizes structure, tannins, and length, always preserving the fruit. Harvested by hand, the Gamay grapes precisely express their terroirs, from the pink granite of Chiroubles to the granitic schists
