Côtes du Jura | Blanc | 2017

Carefully vinified in topped-off barrels, this non-oxidative Savagnin reveals a remarkable bouquet of ripe fruit. The complexity of its aromas—enhanced by spicy notes and a subtle hint of fresh nuts—makes this a perfectly balanced wine.
