Vin de Table | White | 2021

Anne and Jean-François Ganevat's La Prairie du Haut 2021 is a Vin de France white wine made from Alsatian Savagnin Rose, from old vines grown on marly-limestone soil. It reflects a free and artisanal approach, based on patience and respect for the grape. The natural and demanding winemaking process reveals a wine of great purity and complexity, faithful to Ganevat's philosophy, where terroir, grape variety, and aging are in balance.

Our opinion on the vintage

Complex and refined nose, combining yellow fruits, citrus, dried flowers, and notes of wax and dried fruits. Full, structured, and dense palate, balanced by the freshness of Savagnin Rose. Deep and energetic texture, with a long, persistent, and mineral finish.

Yields are intentionally low, in order to concentrate the expression of the grape and the terroir, without artifice.
