Magnum Savagnin Le Carré 2021
Vin de France | Blanc | 2021
Le Carré is a Savagnin cuvée made from old vines growing on gray, iridescent marl. Vinified without additives and aged for three years in large oak casks on the lees, with no added sulfur, this top-up Savagnin reveals an intense and already very mature profile. The nose blends white-fleshed fruits, hazelnut, and floral notes, while the palate, dense and flavorful, lingers with lovely mineral tension and great length.

Our Review of the Cuvée
This Savagnin Le Carré offers an intense olfactory experience with captivating aromas of dried fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the texture is harmonious, offering a lovely minerality that unfolds gradually. The sensation is both fresh and complex, revealing a skillful balance between refined liveliness and a slightly briny depth. Best savored slowly to appreciate every nuance, it perfectly embodies the identity of its terroir of origin.

Jura | France
Located in Rotalier in the Jura, Domaine Ganevat embodies one of the most unique and accomplished expressions of the Jura vineyard.
