Vin de France | Rouge | 2023

La Colline des Dames is part of the Ganevat estate’s merchant wine range. This cuvée is made from Pinot Noir grapes from Alsace, harvested from winemakers who are friends of the estate, then vinified and aged in large casks using the semi-carbonic maceration method. On the palate, the wine is supple and fresh, with great delicacy, marked by notes of red fruit and spices. Decanting is recommended.

Yields are intentionally kept low to concentrate the expression of the grape and the terroir, without artifice.

In the cellar, the philosophy remains consistent: minimal intervention, maximum precision. Fermentations occur naturally, and aging periods are extended, often in old barrels or neutral vessels, to never ... Read more
