Originally from the Rhône Valley, Julien Pilon is a passionate winemaker who built his estate around a quest for purity, finesse, and authentic expression of the northern terroirs. After formative experiences with major houses and winemakers, from the Rhône Valley to Languedoc and then Spain, he launched his personal project in 2010, vinifying his first vintage in his parents' garage before gradually setting up his own winery in Chavanay, at the heart of the region.

The estate works with a wide variety of prestigious Northern Rhône appellations, both white and red, ranging from Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph, and Hermitage for the whites, to Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie, and Cornas for the reds.
