Our Review of the Cuvée

This white wine, with its delicate bouquet, reveals aromas of apple and pear typical of Terret Bourret. On the palate, it offers a lovely freshness and pleasant liveliness, giving way to a citrus-driven finish. Its crystal-clear yellow hue perfectly evokes its Mediterranean origins; a true product of the Languedoc, it is best enjoyed as a summer aperitif or paired with seafood.

All work in both the vineyard and the cellar is carried out entirely on-site, with particular attention paid to manual harvesting and the sorting of ... Read more
