Clos Troteligotte

K-Briole 2025

Cahors | Red | 2025

K-Briole is a fresh and vibrant red wine, designed first and foremost for enjoyment. The blend of Malbec and Jurançon Noir yields a supple, fruity, and very easy-drinking wine. Vinification without added sulfites and aging in concrete tanks allows the grapes to express themselves naturally. The nose opens with notes of fresh red fruit, flowers, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is round and juicy, with lovely freshness and a slight natural effervescence that adds energy. A delicious, easy-drinking wine with real substance.

This geological diversity strongly shapes the wines' profiles and justifies a micro-parcel approach. The vines were planted starting in 1987, and the estate is now managed by Emmanuel Rybinski, who has continued and expanded upon the work begun by the previous generation.

The Malbec grape variety occupies a central place, complemented by Merlot, Tannat, and rarer varieties historically present in the Quercy region, such as Chenin Blanc and Jurançon Noir. In the vineyard, the estate implements ... Lire plus
