The winemaking process for our 100% Chenin cuvée is a tribute to the art of patience and respect for the terroir. The golden grapes, carefully sorted, are gently and slowly pressed. The juice flows by gravity into barrels, preserving its integrity. The fermentation process, influenced by weather conditions, can vary in length, allowing the wine to fully develop its characteristic nuances.
