Our Review of the Cuvée

This fine dining wine boasts a golden yellow color with silvery highlights. Its nose reveals a beautiful floral intensity, with notes of broom. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with aromas of vanilla-poached pear and fennel, supported by a salty minerality on the finish. Perfect for pairing with delicate dishes such as scallop tartare or foie gras with quince, it is sure to delight your guests during a meal with friends. Serve chilled, at around 12°C, to fully appreciate its subtlety.

This area, surrounded by garrigue, benefits from a more temperate microclimate, promoting gradual ripening and naturally fresher balances.

All work in both the vineyard and the cellar is carried out entirely on-site, with particular attention paid to manual harvesting and the sorting of ... Read more
