Our opinion on the vintage

From the first sip, Le Bois Sacré captivates with a vibrant nose of citrus and ripe white fruit. On the palate, the attack is round and velvety, characterized by a lingering freshness that envelops the taste buds. The texture is both dense and elegant, promising a remarkably intense finish where the fruity aromas delicately extend. Particularly versatile at the table, it enhances refined dishes such as grilled scallops or roast veal with sauce, while also pairing perfectly with goat cheeses. Perfect for those seeking an authentic and memorable tasting experience.

Le Bois Sacré

Jura | France

Le Bois Sacré is a small vineyard of approximately 4 hectares located in Lucq de Béarn in the Jurançon appellation, on south-southeast facing hills towards the Pyrenees, benefiting from the Béarn climate influenced by both the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

The clay-sandy soils with pebbles favor the cultivation of traditional grape varieties such as Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, used to produce dry and round white wines that reflect the minerality and freshness characteristic of the Jurançon terroir.

Viticulture here is carried out manually, with attention paid to soil balance and surrounding biodiversity. In the cellar, winemaking aims to balance aromatic expression, terroir identity, and finesse, while prioritizing respect for the natural environment.
