This 35-hectare estate, nestled in the heart of the Malepère massif, has exclusively cultivated Merlot using organic farming practices since 2013. The terroir, situated between 250 and 400 meters above sea level, benefits from a dual Atlantic and Mediterranean influence, imparting aromatic suppleness to the wines. Cold pre-fermentation, followed by a short maceration, preserves the aromas, resulting in a gourmet, approachable wine with low sulfite content.
