Rivesaltes Grenat is a natural sweet wine matured in a "reducing" environment (sheltered from the air, in vats). It is a greedy and complex wine: black cherry, fruits in brandy, notes of cocoa, prune and fig. The finish leaves you with a fresh mouth and a subtle taste of cherry pit. It will accompany you from aperitif to dessert.
