This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, well chilled. Everything is a pretext for the fart'nat'...
How ?
Harvested in boxes, slow and soft pressing in whole bunches. Indigenous yeasts. Bottled before the end of the alcoholic fermentation, foaming in bottle without any addition (ancestral method). Bottled for 7 months on laths, before disgorging on the fly. A natural deposit remains in the bottle. Keep standing in the fridge before serving at 10°c.
