This wine is a fine example of a commitment to biodynamic farming, having been Demeter-certified since 2002. Carefully crafted, this blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault comes from naturally treated vines situated on a unique clay-limestone terroir. Hand-harvesting ensures the quality of the grapes, while the winemaking process uses indigenous yeasts and aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure, fresh expression of the fruit.
